- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products like underwear or swimwear may not be returned.

2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
3. We will send you a return shipping label for eligible returns.
4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and affix the return label.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Exchanges will be processed based on stock availability.
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Intimate or sanitary products
- Perishable goods
